The black Dog Copenhagen Walk Air Y-harness is the choice for dogs who come back from walks covered in mud. The black color naturally hides dirt and dust. With its waterproof and stain-resistant fabric, a quick wipe with a sponge is all it takes to restore its neat appearance.
Understated, it matches any coat and any gear, from the city dog to the adventurer. It is also resistant to fading in the sun, which allows it to maintain its look season after season.
- Y-cut: the pulling force is distributed over the chest without straining the neck, and the shoulders remain free.
- Two attachment points: back for relaxed walks, front for more control. The front point does not teach a dog to stop pulling: it is training that makes the difference.
- Soft padding, breathable fabric, and 3M reflective strips for comfort and safety at dusk.
It slides over the head or opens at the neck for sensitive dogs. Available in 5 sizes, from XS to XL, for puppies to large dogs.
Match it with the black rope leash and the black leash pouch. For pulling activities like canicross, choose a canicross harness instead.
⚠️ Important advice before trying it on
When you receive your order, if you have any doubt regarding the size, we recommend using an undergarment when trying on the harness. This prevents your pet's fur from sticking to the product and preserves its new condition, in case a return is necessary due to a sizing issue.
Please note: any returned item with fur will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The benefits of this Y-harness for dogs
⚙️ A Y-shape design for natural comfort
Its Y-structure perfectly follows the dog's anatomy and frees the shoulders to preserve their natural stride.
Unlike a standard harness, the black Y-harness does not pull on the neck and distributes the dog's force across the chest, thereby protecting the joints and spine.
It is the perfect ally for athletic, energetic dogs or those in training.
🛡️ Premium comfort & safety
The Dog Copenhagen black Y-harness is equipped with soft padding to prevent chafing and a breathable fabric that keeps the dog comfortable, even in summer.
Its 3M reflective strips ensure optimal visibility at dusk, while its sturdy buckles guarantee a solid and secure fit in all situations.
🔗 Dual attachment for greater control
This model offers two attachment points:
- A front loop for working on leash walking or limiting pulling.
- A back attachment for relaxed walks or sporting outings.
This dual option gives you control over your dog's behavior without ever compromising their comfort.
⚖️ Perfect fit for every anatomy
With its adjustable straps and 5 available sizes (XS to XL), the harness fits all builds — from puppies to large dogs.
The black Y-harness contours to your companion's body without hindering them, for a stable and secure fit in all situations.
Frequently asked questions about the Dog Copenhagen harness
Is the Dog Copenhagen Walk Air harness suitable for all dogs?
Yes, it is available in several sizes (from XS to XL) and is suitable for the majority of breeds, from small dogs to larger ones, including puppies.
Is this a no-pull harness?
This Y-shaped harness is indeed equipped with a front attachment point. According to some dog trainers, this attachment point allows for better control of the dog and supposedly corrects pulling in a gentle manner. However, according to osteopaths and the majority of dog trainers, this harness does not teach the dog to stop pulling on the leash. It is merely a physical constraint that injures the dog at the shoulders in the long term.
Is this Y-harness easy to put on?
Yes, it slips on over the head and clips on the sides with sturdy, quick-release buckles, for simple and fast fitting. For sensitive dogs, the neck can also be opened to avoid pulling it over the head.
Is this harness suitable for sports activities?
It is perfectly suited for active walks, hikes, or training sessions. For pulling activities (canicross, mountain biking), a specific harness is recommended.
Can a medal or a lamp be attached to it?
Yes, the harness features a small loop designed for attaching an ID tag or a lightweight lamp.
Can the Dog Copenhagen harness be machine washed?
It is recommended to hand wash it or machine wash it at a low temperature (30°C) on a gentle cycle, without fabric softener, and to let it air dry.
