Refund policy

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Right of withdrawal (consumer customers)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give any reason.

To exercise this right, simply inform us of your decision before this period expires:
- online, using our withdrawal form: cani-ninja.com/pages/exercer-votre-droit-de-retractation (you will receive an acknowledgement by email);
- by email at contact@cani-ninja.com;
- or by post to CANI GOURMAND (CANI NINJA), 3 Impasse de l'Artisanat, ZI La Borie, 24110 Saint-Astier (France).
You may use the model form at the bottom of this page, but this is not mandatory.

2. Returning the products

You must return the products no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal, to the address above. Return costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

Trying on: to check the size of a harness or coat, you can of course try it on your dog. We recommend doing so indoors, on a clean coat, possibly with a thin T-shirt between the item and the fur, and keeping the labels and packaging.

You may only be held liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, size and proper functioning (outdoor use, washing, damage). In that case, compensation corresponding to the loss in value may be deducted from the refund. We will inform you of this, with photos as evidence.

3. Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on the cheapest standard delivery method), no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If only part of an order is returned, the initial delivery costs are not refunded.

The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, at no cost to you.

4. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (treats, chew toys, care products);
- products made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- products likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

5. Defective, non-conforming or incorrect product

If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, or one that differs from your order, contact us at contact@cani-ninja.com with your order number and a photo. We will cover the return costs and offer you a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity described in our Terms of Sale.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For another size or model, return the product following the procedure above, then place a new order on cani-ninja.com.

7. Parcels not collected or refused

A parcel that is not collected from the pick-up point within the carrier's deadline (5 to 8 days) or that is refused on delivery is automatically returned to us. Shipping costs for a new dispatch are your responsibility.
