In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.
Right of withdrawal
To be eligible for a refund:
- Products must be returned in their original condition.
- Items must not have been used, damaged, or soiled.
- Products must be returned with any accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
- Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
For health and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for the right of withdrawal if they have been unsealed after delivery, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Declare withdrawal
Please fill out the following form to declare your withdrawal from the contract.
Confirmation of your request
After submitting the form, you will automatically receive an email acknowledgment confirming that your withdrawal request has been processed.
Product returns
Once your request has been registered, you have 14 days to return the products in question to us.
Items must be sent to the address that will be provided in the confirmation email.
We recommend that you keep all proof of postage until your file has been fully processed.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will refund the amounts paid for the items in question.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund may be deferred until the products are received or until proof of shipment has been provided, whichever comes first.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, in particular, for:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
- Any other product excluded by applicable regulations, for example, food products.
