Yes, the Hexa material is completely waterproof. It does not retain water or moisture, does not mold, and dries immediately after swimming or a walk in the rain.

No, the synthetic Hexa material is solution-dyed. The collar does not bleed or stain your dog's fur, even when swimming or in a downpour.
How can I tell if the collar is correctly adjusted around the neck?
